We demystified the Polish loan market with Takto Finance. From 2017 to 2019, we provided a full Facebook service for the company, outlining content strategy, preparing campaigns, creating visuals and moderating community interactions.
Finance is a topic that is often considered to be boring and unattractive. What’s more, plenty of people feel a real sensitivity towards talking about money and financial affairs.
Our task was to rid loans taken from organizations other than banks of their tag as a ‘necessary evil’ and to show them as a way that people can really bring their big plans to life.
We wanted to show Takto Finance as a trust-worthy company that is close to its clients; one whose services help people realize their needs, dreams, and plans.
We searched for insights that would engage users. When encouraging them to interact with the brand, we asked their opinions and made sure to listen carefully to what they had to say.
We captured the spirit of real-time marketing by looking at current events and speaking about the ‘seasonality’ of loans, presenting those which were currently attractive for customers.
We also gave valuable advice about personal finance management, suggesting what to look out for when taking a loan and how to have more money in the household budget. However, our conversations were not all about money…
We also provided consumers with entertainment in the form of competitions and simple games and activities in social media posts. We made sure that they were not too difficult and allowed for a little instant fun.
